Keaghan Callahan – Community Outreach Liaison

Keaghan Callahan serves as the Community Outreach Liaison at South Shore Recovery Center. His personal journey to sobriety fuels his deep commitment to helping others navigate the challenges of addiction. Having experienced the difficulties of achieving and maintaining sobriety, Keaghan is dedicated to supporting those struggling with substance use.

With extensive experience in addiction treatment, Keaghan has held various roles, including recovery specialist, patient liaison, and alumni coordinator. His career spans sober living environments, inpatient facilities, and outpatient programs, allowing him to positively impact the lives of countless individuals on their recovery journeys.

In addition to his professional work, Keaghan actively engages in his own recovery program. He values time spent outdoors, finding solace in nature, and enjoys reading and playing guitar. His diverse interests reflect his holistic approach to wellness and recovery. Keaghan’s compassionate perspective and personal insights make him an invaluable asset to the South Shore Recovery Center team, as he continues to inspire hope and healing in the community.

SSRC saved my life. I love this place, I love the environment that it has. The staff and the patients are all amazing. I would strongly recommend South Shore Recovery for anyone tryina kick your addiction, they can help you, give you to tools you need if you just apply the work, nothing in this world is free, you either earn it or work for it!

great program - i know the staff here help with not just addiction, but the mental health struggles that cause addiction too. the owners genuinely care about every single client and have lots of experience in this field. would recommend this program to anyone struggling in massachusetts or elsewhere!

Hello my name is Wayne i was a client/student at South Shore recovery for about 3Months I've graduated on April 12th, 2024. It was the best experience I've encountered that impact my recovery from the disease of addiction. The clinicians where very educated in there field and was very dedicated on helping the students to recovery by anymeans, from this epidemic of drug addiction. I've learn a tremendous amount of coping skills to encounter trauma. Anxiety, anger, abandonment, resentments, shame ect. I was able to complete my journey through South Shore recovery center because I was willing to make a change in my life and they gave me the tools to achieve that task. This place has given me so much more than I could have ever dreamed & hoped for! The knowledge and tools for a successful recovery isn't even half of what I've received from the amazing staff! From the owner to the clinicians, case management team, & doctor... I was treated like family from day one! Their professionalism, knowledge, training, attitudes, and exceptional level of care and attention is second to NONE! If you're seeking recovery, come let these remarkable people love you until you can love yourself! Healing and recovery is possible! If they can save ME , they can save anybody! I spent over 30 years in active addiction and felt beyond hopeless. Today I feel... REBORN and more alive and hopeful than I EVER believed possible! Don't give up before the miracle happens!

Great staff! From the program Director to the case workers and clinicians. I Felt secure from the first initial phone call which in my own experiences is a very touch and go moment. Over the years I have been to many facilities where their only objective is to get you out the door and fill the seat as fast as they can. This was not the case with South Shore recovery! Not only are their comprehensive classes easy to follow and packed with great info but the small class room setting really makes it very intimate. I have also decided to extend my treatment past their (php) program. I would recommend this program to anyone who is really serious about getting sober!
