Frank Brady, Co-Founder and Executive Director

Frank Brady is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of South Shore Recovery Center, where he oversees the organization’s day-to-day operations, strategic growth, and commitment to providing high-quality behavioral healthcare services. With more than 15 years of experience in addiction treatment, mental health services, and healthcare operations, Frank has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families find hope, healing, and long-term recovery.

Frank began his career working directly with patients in treatment settings, gaining firsthand experience supporting individuals through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Over the years, he advanced into leadership roles overseeing clinical operations, program development, utilization management, and large multidisciplinary teams across both inpatient and outpatient levels of care. His experience includes launching and managing behavioral healthcare programs, improving access to treatment services, supporting clinical teams, and helping organizations grow while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and clinical quality.

At South Shore Recovery Center, Frank is passionate about creating an environment where individuals feel supported, respected, and empowered throughout their recovery journey. He believes effective treatment begins with compassion, connection, and individualized care, and he works closely with the clinical team to ensure patients and families receive thoughtful, evidence-based support in a safe and welcoming setting.

Frank earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Springfield College and continues to stay actively involved in the ongoing development and improvement of behavioral healthcare services.

Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, music, and staying active. He values building meaningful relationships both personally and professionally and takes pride in helping create a recovery community centered on trust, accountability, and hope.
